When embarking on a commercial building project, it’s vital to understand the roles and responsibilities involved in ensuring the project is completed successfully. Project management differs somewhat from contract administration in the sense that the overall goal and success of the project are the primary focus. We have experience in all aspects of the construction process and have the capacity to over see projects from as little as £250k – to £3m. We offer a highly personal approach to individuals and property developers.

Our approach follows distinct stages throughout the process to deliver you project to your requirements and expectations.

DesignWe will carry out and initial consultation to establishing your requirements. This will entail developing the design and contract documentation.
Tender stageWe will prepare detailed technical specifications and tender documents. These will be sent to selected contractors.
Commencement on siteWe will coordinate mobilisation on site, chair a kick off meeting and ensure the site is ready for construction to start.
Manage work on siteDuring the works, if desired, we will also carry out administration of the contact and issue all the necessary documentation.
Completion and handoverOnce the project is complete we will inspect the works, ensure they meet with your expectations, and check any issues are completed prior to practical sign off. We will then prepare and issue the final account.
